2 c. flour OR 1.5 c. flour and 1/2 c. cornmeal
Pinch of salt
4 t. baking poweder
1 c. milk
3 T. oil
Sift dry ingredients. Add mixture of oil and milk. Shape and fry. Brown one side and then turn over. Place on low fire. Cover with a lid and allow to cook for about 10 minutes.
